It all begins with an idea.

Buildings contribute to climate change. To get technical, buildings and construction account for 36% of global final energy use and 39% of energy-related carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The buildings and communities sector is a key contributor to BC’s carbon footprint, responsible for 22% of the total greenhouse gas emissions. If we want to curb the effects of climate change, we need to change the way we build and we need to do it now.
